Adam Charles is delighted to announce the appointment of Muriel Chen as our newest Sales Partner, bringing a uniquely multidimensional background spanning commercial property, construction advisory and over 20 years of entrepreneurship.
Muriel began her property career with Codicote, where she facilitated engagement between developers, consultants, and senior decision-makers on complex project mandates. She later joined Matrix Property, specialising in commercial and development site sales. Over six years, she managed high-value campaigns, cultivated strong buyer networks, and led a major collective sale involving 45 property owners — a testament to her skill in navigating intricate negotiations and multi-stakeholder coordination.
Beyond property, Muriel is the co-founder and operator of Blue Eye Dragon, an award-winning Taiwanese restaurant that has been part of Sydney’s dining landscape for nearly two decades. This venture has connected her with a wide community of business leaders, creatives, philanthropists and industry professionals, further elevating the relationship-driven approach she brings to real estate.
Born in Taiwan and fluent in Mandarin, Muriel offers valuable cross-cultural insight and strong ties across Australian–Asian business communities. Combined with her extensive networks and commercial clarity, she brings a fresh, dynamic perspective to the Adam Charles team.
Muriel holds a Master’s Degree in Hospitality Management and has built her entire career around people, service, and opportunity creation. Her ability to connect, communicate and open doors positions her as a powerful asset within our commercial and development site sales division.
We warmly welcome Muriel to Adam Charles and look forward to the expertise, energy and connectivity she brings to our clients and projects.
