Leasing Statistics | May 2022
May proved to be another strong month for the Adam Charles leasing team, with demand for Inner-City apartments at an all-time high, following international borders re opening, the return of students and easing of COVID-19 restrictions. Vacancy rates continue to stand at a record low rate of 1.4% across Greater Sydney, driving the median rental asking price up. As a result, we have seen increased enquiry rates, strong turn outs at open inspections and competitive application processes.
