During this time, Muriel managed a high-profile collective sale campaign involving 45 property owners, demonstrating her ability to navigate complex negotiations, coordinate multiple stakeholders. Her work also included cultivating buyer networks, managing high-value campaigns, and building trusted relationships across the development, investment, and advisory sectors.

Complementing her property expertise, Muriel is also the co-founder and operator of Blue Eye Dragon, an award-winning Taiwanese restaurant that has been part of Sydney’s dining landscape for nearly 20 years.
