Managing Director
Adam brings over 14 years experience in development site sales and advisory across metropolitan Sydney.
With an unparalleled attention to detail, Adam continues to provide expert, market leading advice to land owners and developers. In addition to providing advice on a site by site basis, Adam maintains strong, active relationships with a large number of major private developers, both local and offshore, consistently being used as a sounding board for direction and opinion on potential acquisitions and market updates.
Since 2012, Adam has been the selling agent for over $1.4bn worth of development sites and build to rent assets. On a daily basis Adam focuses his efforts on delivering premium outcomes and advice for all his clients, whilst also overseeing the day to day operations of the build to rent management team.
Away from the office, Adam maintains active interest in golf, football, travel and his growing family.

As the founding partner of Adam Charles Projects, David Tedesco plays a pivotal role in the hands-on management of the business. Actively engaged in high-level project management, he also leverages his innate sales abilities by serving as a lead sales agent on the ground. This direct engagement with buyers adds significant value, showcasing his extensive sales skills.
Boasting more than 17 years of experience in residential project marketing, David has navigated a diverse array of markets and product types. From overseeing boutique and high-end luxury developments to managing multi-stage master plan communities with over 1000 apartments, his expertise spans the entire project lifecycle, from conception to completion. His professional journey includes collaborations with some of NSW's leading private developers across the Sydney Metro area.
David's accomplishments include successfully bringing over $1 billion worth of new off-the-plan and completed residential developments to the market. His background working on the developer side, notably with Toplace, highlights his natural ability to safeguard the developer client's market position and maximize project value.
